The 36jl brand name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator and may not be used in connection with any product, service, or communication that could cause confusion, disparagement, or misrepresentation. Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in legal action.
36jl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 36jl and its operators, directors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages arising from reliance on platform content.
